Implications: Differentiation between cancer and non-cancer

So how does the virus differentiate between cancer and non-cancer cells. All cells contain a gene known as PEG-3Gene that works as a cancer radar or progression elevated gene. Specifically, in non-cancer cells, PEG-3Gene that works as a cancer radar is less expressed so virus doesn’t notice the cell[2]. In cancer cells however, PEG-3Gene that works as a cancer radar is expressed much more than in normal cells so the PEG-3Gene that works as a cancer radar in the virus detects these levels of PEG-3Gene that works as a cancer radar outside the vector and steers the virus towards the source[2].

When the virus finds the source of the increased PEG-3Gene that works as a cancer radar levels, it infects with both MDA-7 and the viral gene since MDA-7 is now part of the virus. Inside the cancer cell, PEG-3Gene that works as a cancer radar promotes E1AGene that regulates replication in viruses further which becomes expressed when the virus is trying to replicate. As soon as the virus has infected the cell, the production of MDA-7 proteins which start the process of apoptosis and new viral vectors begin because of PEG-3Gene that works as a cancer radar and E1AGene that regulates replication in viruses. As soon as the cell lyses, it releases more viruses and the MDA-7 protein into the system in order to go and infect more cancer cells.

However, the question can be raised as to what happens if or when the virus accidently infects a healthy cell. Since the virus has been incorporated with PEG-3Gene that works as a cancer radar, it can only replicate itself in environments where PEG-3Gene that works as a cancer radar expression is more than usual. Since normal, healthy cells have low levels of PEG-3Gene that works as a cancer radar expression, the virus cannot successfully replicate itself. However, if the virus didn’t have PEG incorporated into its genome, it can attack and infect whatever cell it desired whether it is cancerous or non-cancerous.
