Implication: Future of Meta-Interactomes in Protein Function Prediction

In future studies, bacterial meta-interactomes can be used to help better classify functionally unknown proteins. By utilizing these tools, more can be found out about bacteria and we can possibly engineer new solutions through this new found knowledge.
