The tool Dr. Martin has developed to generate data for strategic timing is the Investor Public Relations Navigation SystemTM (patent pending). 

The values of the consultation using the IPRN System are twofold.  First, it identifies the timing for investor PR programs with a view to extending the life of the impulse waves populated by retail investors.  Second, the constant monitoring and fine-tuning of the effectiveness of the PR messages creates a unifying and distinguished voice in the market, thus enhancing the power of persuasion carried in the messages.

This is how the system works: 

Part A: To Identify Timing for IPR Programs

     Step 1  Collect real time market data

     Step 2  Transform data information into charts for easy reference

     Step 3  Identify current positions in the wave cycles

     Step 4  Determine the timing for IPR programs and anticipated price target

     Step 5 Trigger alert

     The company will launch the desired IPR program.  This will trigger effectiveness calculation described in Part B.  Meanwhile, any move in the market will be collected and displayed on the dashboard.

Part B:  To Monitor Effectiveness of IPR Messages

     Step 1  Collect real time market data

     Step 2  Calculate message coherence

     Step 3  Display index on dashboard

      The company makes adjustment.   This new data collected by the system will trigger a new measurement calculation.  The result of the new program will be displayed on the dashboard.  In this way, any IPR program is under constant monitoring.

Our service is a subscription to the dashboard on a regular basis.  Information displayed on the dashboard is real time and is sent 24/7. Companies can individualize their needs by choosing the type of subscription and information desired.
