Experiment: Meta-Interactome in Determining Protein Function

A limitation of the yeast-2-hybrid system is that it does not characterize a large percentage of unknown proteins. How to form the bacterial meta-interactome. The bacterial meta-interactome was used to augment the binary interactions for improving protein function prediction.
