Served as the principal investigator and project manager for PluggedIn VA, an innovative GED technology curriculum developed with funding from the Governor's Productivity Investment Fund (PIF), the Virginia Department of Education, and the Chancellor’s e-Learning Enhancement & Development (CEED) grant. I served with then Secretary of Technology Aneesh Chopra as a member of the initial planning team and, once funded, oversaw all aspects of the curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation of this innovative project to ensure its success.
