   1. Lethal dose is between 0.9 to 9.4 mg/kg in humans

   1. Lethal dose in humans is difficult to determine
   2. It suggests that >2000 mg/kg might kill a mouse
   3. High levels appear to effect phagocytic cells with focal necrosis found in the liver, spleen and bone marrow
   4. 955 mg/kg administered to rats result in death 9 days post dose
   5. It appears to be more toxic in inhaled vs. being injected
