Determine total activity required for a Dacryoscintigram

 

A vial of 99mTcO4- elution contains 97.5 mCi per mL. It's total volume is 6.6 mL. Now prepare the eyedropper vial of activity that will be used to dose the patient by answering the following questions.

  1. How much activity in mL do you need from the elution vial?
  2. How much to you expand the eyedropper vial so that the solution has a total of 10 mL?
