Chapter 11: Proc Format and Proc Freq
We touched on Proc Format in previous chapters. We will see a few new features here and see how it can work with Proc Freq.

Proc Freq is a summary tool for categorical data. You can produce frequency tables and contingency tables. Proc Freq is also used for basic statistical analysis of these tables, primarily through the calculation of the chi-squared statistic - though there are many more measures.
