I. Homework Assignments (Computer projects) --- Spring 2004

      Only two computer projects will be collected.

      1. HWs will be taken from the Prof. Park's textbook "Access 2000 and Accounting Information Systems".

      2. Due Date and others: Details about the HWs will be discussed in the class.

II.  Group Case Project

  The case for each group will be distributed in the class.  The cases will include the design and implementation

of AIS and internal control systems. You must submit the supporting documentation (e.g., diskette).

Details about group cases will be discussed in the class.

III. Research Proposal (Individual Project)

The purpose of this proposal is to provide MSBA (or MBA) students with the opportunity to gain more insight into any AIS/IS topics. The proposal should include “Introduction”, “Previous Literature Review”, and testable “Hypothesis”. The research proposal should not exceed double-spaced five pages. You will be able to get some research idea on the topic of AIS/IS through reading of periodical literature (e.g., Journals, Magazines, Textbooks, etc.) and Internet Web sites. The topic and its treatment may be discussed with me.

 Due date: May 3, 2004 or earlier.
