I am a rabid follower of sports and politics, and I am a news-editorial major. A friend asked me to join the Commonwealth Times as a staff writer for the sports page, and I liked it so much that I switched from political science to a news editorial major.

I am a native Virginian, born in Fairfax, and I lived in Florida for about eight years. Not sure if I want to be a sports writer or a political reporter, but I would sure like to do one or the other. My weirdest ambition would be to write for Entertainment Magazine.
