BioBIKE instances, each devoted to the interests of a specific research community, are available through the BioBIKE portal   It has been used as an intelligent encyclopedia for different research communities, providing answers to stray questions (e.g. what is the average size of a genes in my favorite organism)   It has allowed users to pursue questions deeply through the construction of new computational tools. Examples:
