My advice on the matters for the day (as listed in the calendar):
- Meselson & Stahl (1958): If you haven't yet figured out how the Meselson & Stahl experiment works, now is the time.
- Entire semester.: Think back on the problem sets, study questions, and tutorials that have appeared thus far... Where do you need help?
- Problem Set 4: Problem 6 is going to be the main event. If you haven't done so already, I'd advise taking the time to understand the basics of PCR (e.g. through one of the videos).
