Listed below are proposals to be presented May 2017. Each proposal has been justifies and describes a single experiment aimed at addressing a small part of a large and significan question. The aim is depth, getting to the bottom of an experiment to the extent that the presenter can explain the principles behind all techniques used and how the techniques contribute to the experiment. Each proposer has been mentored by a member of the VCU research community.
You can see general advice that was given regarding how to write a research proposal and how to give a presentation. Each presentation will be about 8 minutes.
