Problem Set: Processing strings

• Give me any programs that accomplish at least three of the six tasks (your choice)
• Feel free to do more.
• If you have problems doing them, please contact me, stating as precisely as you can what is the difficulty. Based on that, I'll compose an alternative problem set.

Problem Set: Introduction to Molecular Biology

• Give me responses to at least six problems, with at least one coming from each of the four sections (A, B, C, and D).
• Feel free to do more.

Get me responses to one problem set on Monday and the other on Wednesday (your choice which comes first). I'd prefer that you e-mail me programs. Otherwise, e-mail or hand in responses, as you wish.

The responses will not be graded, BUT questions on the exam will be based on problem set questions and you may expect the following question on the next exam:

How many problem sets that you were invited to turn in did you in fact turn in?
