Specifications for Oral Presentations
In order to maximize the number of oral
presentations without sacrificing quality, we kindly request that all
talks be limited to 12 minutes.
Specifications for Poster Presentations
In order to maximize the number of
posters presented, we kindly request that all posters be limited to
4(width) x 6(height) in dimensions.

The conference will be held at the
High Hampton Inn & Country
Club in Cashiers, NC., November 1st

The
deadline for registration and abstract
submission is 15th of September 2006.
A registration fee of $50.00 per
person will be collected for the conference (except for
participants from corporations and for profit institutions;
for these individuals please see
sponsor information). This fee must be
received no later than Oct. 14th, 2006.

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own
accommodations directly with
High Hampton Inn. Rates are
between $101.00 and $114.00 per night based on double
occupancy. Rate includes room with private bath and all meals
(breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Contact the High Hampton Inn
at (800) 334.2551 and state explicitly that this is for the SERLC
meeting in November.
The conference will convene at 4:00 p.m. on Nov. 1st, with
registration and reception, and conclude at 1:00 p.m. on Nov.
3rd.
