"This is another scene from the New York State Fair.
The horse barns and the coliseum where the judging is done is a favorite
spot for this artist. The woman depicted here drove her horses and
rig into the center ring with the other wagons, but something happened.
When she paused before the judge's stand, she appreared to freeze
and was unable to move. After what seemed like an endless delay, one
of the other drivers climbed down from his wagon to help her. He moved
her quietly aside and took her and her team out of the coliseum and
back to the horse barn."
